2. Donations / Contributions- Donations are voluntary contributions to support the artist.
- Donations are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they do not represent payment for goods or services.
3. Purchases of Physical Artworks- Customers have the right to return physical artworks within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
4. Digital Products and Downloads- All sales of digital files, downloadable materials, or online content are final.
- Digital products are delivered instantly and are therefore non-refundable.
- Customers are not permitted to copy, resell, or redistribute digital materials.
5. Refund & Dispute Policy- Refunds are only available for eligible physical goods returned within 14 days as described above.
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.
- Disputes should be raised directly with the artist by email before initiating a chargeback with the payment provider.
6. Cancellation Policy- One-time payments cannot be cancelled after processing.
- Subscription payments (if applicable) can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
7. Legal and Export Restrictions- Buyers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions applied by their country.
- Certain artworks may be subject to export restrictions; the artist reserves the right to refuse international shipment if required by law.
8. Promotions- Any special offers, discounts, or promotions will clearly state their specific terms and conditions at the time they are made available.
- Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
9. Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
